Issued as a souvenir polling card by the Washington Party of Pennsylvania. The front of the card details their policies and platform. Has anti-Taft and Wilson text plus instructions on how to mark ballot to vote for Theodore Roosevelt. Facsimile Roosevelt signature and message appears at the bottom. Instructions below read, "Take This Souvenir Card With You To The Polls November 5th And Use As A Guide In Voting." The reverse lists Roosevelt and Johnson legislation "Pledges."
