    Description

    Pre 1900 Singer Sewing Puzzle Box with attachments, even thread. Accompanied by a letter from singer sewing Co addressed to my grandfather (dated 1979) explaining the origin and age of box. Box in great condition for age. Appears to be missing part of latch to hold completely shut. The felt lining still nicely intact. Believe it was passed down from great- great grandmother. Markings on top of box are practically worn away. With the accompanying letter this is a GREAT COLLECTORS PIECE! Had the sewing machine at one time. This is no garage sale or thrift store find.
