    Description

    Here is a early bone handled 12" fold out ruler. It has 4 segments. Overall solid shape with a bit of bone wear on one corner. ( see last photo ). Do not notice a makers name but reminds me of ann early A E STEARNS & CO. A nice addition to your collection.  Questions welcomed. Also the little pins look to be present.  It closes up good.
